- The voicemail message provides information on how to reach the personnel on call outside of normal office hours.

UAFS uses Microsoft accounts that allow students and employees to reset their campus passwords. Once you have registered two or more authentication methods for your UAFS Microsoft account, you can securely change a forgotten or expired password without having to contact the IT Service Desk.
If your password is not working and you have NOT registered two or more authentication methods to your UAFS Microsoft account, please call the IT Service Desk at 479-788-7460 between 7:30 a.m. and 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, and the staff will be happy to assist you.
If you are having trouble logging in to campus technologies, please first verify that your UAFS credentials are working properly. You can do this by logging into the Microsoft My Account page.
If you cannot log into the My Account page, please use the Microsoft password reset tool to recover your account.
If you cannot reset your password, please call the IT Service Desk at 479-788-7460 between 7:30 a.m. and 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, and the staff will be happy to assist you.
Yes, Google apps (except Gmail) are still available by logging into myapps.microsoft.com

If you need a laptop for classes or coursework, UAFS students can check one out through the IT Service Desk by scheduling an appointment in Navigate. Laptops are loaned by the semester (depending upon availability).
To request a laptop loan:
- Visit the laptop checkout form in Navigate:
- Log in with your UAFS account.
- On the appointment request screen, select Laptop as your reason for the visit.
- Choose an available appointment date and time to pick up your device.
Appointments are not available the same day so staff have time to prepare your laptop. - Add comments if you need more than one device or specialized software.
- Confirm your appointment.
Before your scheduled pickup, you may receive an email or text reminder. At your appointment, your laptop will be ready at the IT Service Desk in Gardner 101.
Please bring a form of identification with you when you arrive.
Students are responsible for returning borrowed equipment on time and in working order. If a device is lost, damaged, or not returned, charges may apply.
