Professional Skills Training Refund Policy

Understand your refund options before you enroll. The policies below apply only to professional skills training courses and Ed2Go online courses offered through the UAFS Center for Business and Professional Development (CBPD) and do not apply to university credit courses. CED Scheduled Courses

Refund eligibility is based on when your request is received relative to the course start date.

  • Requests received five or more working days before the course begins are eligible for a 100 percent refund of total charges. 
  • Requests received fewer than five working days before the course begins are not eligible for a refund. 
  • No refunds are granted after a course begins. 
  • Transfers may be approved under special circumstances. Contact us to discuss your situation. 

Ed2Go and Self-Paced Online Courses

Refund and transfer requests are Ed2Go and other self-paced online courses are handled directly through Ed2Go.

  • Submit your requests through Ed2Go using their established process.
  • Requests will be reviewed once proper notice and documentation are received from Ed2Go.
