network or internet issues, or software or other technical issues not related to online
courses should contact the Service Desk.
Faculty who need assistance with Blackboard Learn or Community, Ally, SmarterProctoring,
Panopto, Collaborate, Camtasia, or Blackboard integrations should contact Instructional
Support.
