Finding your first job or changing career paths isn't always easy. Fortunately, you have a team of experienced career service professionals ready to help you reach your goals. In addition to career fairs, workshops, and resume and cover letter consultation, UAFS students and alumni have access to Lions CareerLink. This password-protected job database allows you to upload your resume and cover letter for employers to review and lists job openings from regional and national employers.

UAFS has work study positions in various departments across campus. There are two types - Federal and University -- and you can find more information on the Financial Aid websiteto determine your eligibility.  All work study positions are posted in Workday (be sure to filter for jobs at UAFS) plus there is a Work Study General application to be considered for any future openings. Current eligible students need to create an account and apply using the Workday job posting system. Click on this link to apply.

In addition to Lions CareerLink, UAFS has partnered with the Fort Smith Chamber of Commerce to support our local job search platform Career Ready Fort Smith. This online data bank lists job openings available in Fort Smith and the immediate River Valley region. 

Two other job sites to review include the State of Arkansas and federal government jobs.
