Sebastian Commons

Sebastian Commons is a 480-bed apartment complex located in eight three-story buildings on the west edge of campus. Sebastian Commons offers one-, two- and four-bedroom floorplans for sophomores, juniors, seniors, non-traditional students, and married couples. Each apartment is designed with the student in mind, providing private, locking bedrooms, full-size beds, movable bedroom and living room furniture, and a full kitchen with appliances. High-speed WiFi is included throughout the complex. There are a 24-hour free laundry room, two basketball courts, a sand volleyball court, optional covered parking, a 24-hour recreation room, and a 24-hour study room on site.
