Laundry and Maintenance Requests
Laundry Room Information
There is no need to haul all your laundry to the laundry room just to find out all machines are in use. You can also wait in the comfort of your room and receive a text message when your machine is done! Go to to the UAFS LaundryView webpage on your computer or try their mobile version. Please note that text alerts may only be set through the mobile site. The mobile site will also show you weekly usage statistics so you can plan to do laundry at non-peak times!
If the washer or dryer you are using in the laundry room appears to not be working, please report it on the mobile app!
There is a lot of helpful information posted in the laundry rooms! From tips on how to sort your clothes to money-saving detergent tips, CSC ServiceWorks and UAFS Housing want you to enjoy the laundry experience! Enjoy learning while your clothes spin!
Maintenance Request
We understand that things accidentally get broken, or things just break without you doing anything. We have an experienced maintenance staff that can take care of these issues for you.
When submitting your work request to Housing@uafs.edu, please include the following:
- Your full name
- Apartment or room number
- Phone number
- What room the issue is in (i.e. kitchen, side bathroom, etc.)
- As much information as possible about the issue
Please be aware that by submitting a work request, you give staff the Right of Entry
to your living space. IF THIS IS AN EMERGENCY (i.e. water leaking heavily from somewhere), please call the RA on call for your facility
or UPD. Thank you!
