and Industry. Our concentration-based business curriculum offers 13 professional pathways
including core, professional or public accounting, business economics, business interdisciplinary,
corporate finance and investments, consumer and digital marketing, human resources,
general management, small enterprise management, and supply chain management. 
Looking for engineering or technology degrees? We offer certificate and associate programs in electrical engineering, electronics technology, mechanical engineering, and welding technology. Students wishing to complete a four-year degree can choose the new Bachelor of Science in advanced manufacturing engineering, Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering technology, or Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership.

Dr. Latisha Settlage
Dean, College of Business and Industry
Dr. Latisha Settlage serves as dean and professor of economics, holding the Joel R.
Stubblefield Endowed Business Chair. She received her B.S. and M.S. degrees from the
University of Arkansas, Fayetteville and her Ph.D. from Purdue University in West
Lafayette, Indiana. Dr. Settlage has earned multiple awards including the Lucille
Speakman Master Teacher award, 2022 Northwest Arkansas Business Journal Women in Business,
and the 2023 National Business Education Association Distinguished Service Award for
the Southern Region.
