    maintain and repair vehicles

 

Automotive students learn the skills necessary to inspect, maintain, and repair vehicles . Although this is a two-year program, students may elect to participate in all or part of the program . Upon the successful completion of two years of study, students have earned a total of 38 college credit hours which may be applied toward the certificate, associate, and baccalaureate degree levels at UA Fort Smith . Further, students have learned the skills needed for employment as an entry-level technician and/or a junior manager in the automotive field .
