Lions ID card photos are taken at the Records Office, second floor of the Smith-Pendergraft Campus Center, Monday - Friday, same as office hours. You must bring a photo ID. To replace a lost ID or for a name change on your card, a $20 fee must be paid at the Cashier's Office and the receipt brought to Records.
