$1,004,000Development Training Opportunities for Early Care Professionals2004 - presentThe Early Childhood, Preschool Program offers professional development classes for early childhood caregivers and educators, with the mission of improving the quality of care provided for the children throughout our seven-county region.
$44,000High School Redesign2007 - presentThis grant brings together college professors and teachers in high schools and middle schools to create a seamless transition from high school to college, to infuse rigor and relevance into all curricula, and to increase retention and graduation rates at secondary and post-secondary levels.
$7,000Regional Redesign Roundup2009The Roundup is a two-day conference for professors from Arkansas Tech, UA Fayetteville, and UA - Fort Smith to partner with public school teachers to examine ways to increase retention of students at the college level and ultimately increase the number of bachelor's degrees awarded in Arkansas.
